The LAB Clinical Trial Management System (LAB-CTMS), which covers the whole life cycle of clinical projects, includes the early docking of clinical projects, project setting, custom consumables application, logistics and transportation management, project supervision, biological sample management, test report issuance and other modules, to build an efficient platform for all partners. Strict adherence to this standard ensures the scientific and rigorous implementation of the project, timely feedback for tracking progress, and smooth implementation of day-to-day tasks, thus improving project quality and efficiency.
The project management team has also set up a professional project monitoring system to monitor, evaluate and coordinate the whole process of project implementation to ensure that the project is executed in place and the quality is reliable.
